Shipping
All in-stock items will be shipped within 24-72 hours after the order is placed. Some special or pre-order items may take longer to ship; in such cases, we will notify customers. Please note that orders are primarily shipped on business days.
Main shipping methods
There are 2 shipping methods, expedited shipping and standard shipping.
1. Standard shipping. Starting from $6.99, the shipping fee increases with the weight. Delivery time is 8-15 working days.
2. Expedited Shipping. Starting from $19.0, the shipping fee increases with the weight. Delivery time is 4-8 working days.

How long does it take to ship?
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Note: If delays occur due to popular products being out of stock or issues with our manufacturing process, the processing time may be affected, and more time may be required. If this happens, we typically notify customers, offering a replacement with a similarly priced item or a refund. -

Note: Shipping time can be influenced by public holidays, destination country (especially for addresses outside the U.S. or Canada), bad weather, and international courier services. Some orders may be delayed. Please be patient. Thank you!
Shipping Time & Tracking
All items will be shipped via 4PX or SF Express. If customers wish to receive their order as quickly as possible, expedited shipping options such as DHL or FedEx are available. Customers are responsible for tracking their package during transit. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You may also contact aomeidress for further assistance.
Customs/Delivery Acceptance
Customers are responsible for organizing the acceptance of their items according to the chosen delivery options. Any re-delivery of parcels must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
Returned to Sender
If your parcel is automatically returned to the sender by the logistics service, our returns team will contact you once the parcel is received to arrange re-delivery. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for parcels returned to the sender.
Order Not Delivered
You can track your parcel using the tracking number link provided in your order. We encourage customers to track their parcels. aomeidress is not responsible for delivery mistakes made by the logistics service. Please inform us of any issues, but in such cases, we cannot offer a refund.
All shipped parcels are sent from our warehouse and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure your address has a secure location for the package to be safely delivered. If the logistics service delivers the package to your address but you do not receive it, aomeidress cannot offer compensation.
Customer Pickup
As an online store, unfortunately, we cannot offer in-store pickup or viewing services before purchase. If you urgently need your order, please email us, and we can arrange a pickup time.
