I. Return Process

Please do not return your product directly to the address on the package you received. The return address will only be provided by our customer service team. Any return or exchange is only valid after being accepted by our customer service center.

The product you return should be in the same condition as when it was sent, unworn and unwashed, and with tags attached.

We do not accept complaints or compensation for size issues due to personal reasons.

Once we receive all relevant information, we may approve the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Promotional items are not eligible for exchange or return.
III. Exchanges and Refunds
